# Script-to-film pipeline

A pipeline that turns a script into a finished, on-brand film: voice, video and edit, in English, Hindi and Hinglish.

## The problem

The films were for a seller audience, vertical and in Hinglish, and every one had to stay on brand and inside the rules of a regulated product.

## What I did

- Built the pipeline on Claude Code against a committed brand rule set.
- Voice in ElevenLabs, with a custom Hinglish pronunciation dictionary that mixes Devanagari and Latin script.
- Video from Gemini Veo, locked to a reference character sheet so the same character appears in every film.
- Rendered in Remotion, or headless Chrome and ffmpeg, behind the same brand gates as every other asset.

## The result

- 7 films, vertical and in Hinglish, made for a seller audience.
