# One knowledge server for three AI assistants

A production MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini answer from the same governed company knowledge.

## The problem

Different AI assistants gave the team different answers about the same company facts.

## What I did

- Architected and deployed an MCP server on Cloudflare Workers, with OAuth 2.1 sign-in and a Postgres full-text index.
- Brought the governed documents into one corpus that Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini all read from.
- Found that retrieval was degrading and rescoped the index from third-party material to the company's own governing documents.
- Set the index to rebuild automatically whenever the corpus changes.

## The result

- The three assistants stopped contradicting each other on company facts.
- The context-gathering step is gone from everyday AI tasks across the team.
