Replaced a sales-led pricing conversation with a public calculator that shows each prospect their own savings before they talk to sales.

## The problem

A prospect had to talk to sales to find out what the product would cost or save them.

## What I did

- Built two self-qualifying pricing engines that put the prospect's own savings figure in front of them before any sales call.
- Made the comparison of a bank guarantee and an insurance surety bond bilingual, with a verdict that says plainly when the bank guarantee is cheaper.
- Wired every enquiry into the CRM, a sheet and the team chat in real time.
- Added GA4 conversion events and UTM attribution to every call to action.

## The result

- Prospects see their own numbers first.
- Every enquiry reaches sales with its source attached.
