Takes a customer from enquiry to paid member: WhatsApp one-time passcode, document review, e-signature and payment.

## The problem

A luxury matchmaking brand needed to verify, onboard and bill members without a person handling each step.

## What I did

- Identity check by one-time passcode over the WhatsApp Cloud API.
- Income banding, document upload and review.
- A generated agreement with a custom electronic signature, then hosted payment and invoicing.
- Funnel logging that records where people drop off, not only who converts.
- Automated WhatsApp messages kept apart from the human contact line, so an automation change can never touch a customer conversation.

## The result

- The funnel runs from enquiry to paid membership with no human step.
- The drop-off point is measured, not guessed.
