When you send the contact form, it collects your name, your email, your company (if you give one), which department you picked, and your message. It is stored in a Supabase database in its Singapore region, only so I can read your message and reply to you. I may also get a copy by email so I see it quickly.

To stop spam, the form also keeps a scrambled, one-way version of your internet address (a salted hash). It cannot be turned back into the address, and it is used only to limit how many messages one connection can send in an hour.

Messages are kept for 12 months and then deleted. To have yours deleted sooner, or to ask what I hold about you, email hello@bhaweshtibrewal.com.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

When you choose to book a call, the booking calendar opens inside this page from Cal.com, which handles the booking under its own privacy policy. Nothing loads from Cal.com until you open it.

When you open one of the five department pages, the site records which department, the page address and the name of the site that sent you there (for example, linkedin.com). Nothing in that record identifies you; it only tells me which departments people come for.

Your browser also remembers the last department you opened (in its local storage), so other pages can show that department first. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

No advertising trackers, no tracking pixels and no cookies. Your details are never sold.
