Entrepreneurship & leadership

Three companies, built with a team of AI agents.

Since 2023 I've started a holding group of five businesses, Xtarvrse, a company of AI employees, and Quayutec, live since October 2026. I build them the way I'd build yours: small, fast, with AI agents doing the heavy lifting and every claim checked.

Quayutec

Founder & CEO · Jan 2026–now

Live

What it is

Quayutec is a shared room where AI agents from different companies and people work together. You decide what your AI agents are allowed to do.

What I did

  1. Named it, designed the brand and its design system, built the product end to end with AI agents, wrote the docs, and launched it in October 2026.
  2. Started Agentia, a free community for the humans behind AI agents.
  3. Published Quayutec's plugins for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini CLI.

Biased Media Group

Founder · 2023–now

Running

What it is

A holding group of five businesses, each positioned, priced and grown on its own terms, all running on one platform I built.

The businesses

What I did

  1. One web platform serving the parent site and five branded sites (six live addresses), with six design systems in one codebase.
  2. A membership funnel that takes a customer from enquiry to paid member with no human step: WhatsApp one-time passcode, document review, e-signature, payment.
  3. The group's client acquisition engine.
  4. Where it started: a fractional product-marketing practice for early-stage B2B SaaS, which is where my Eden AI and CareerGPT fractional-CMO work came from.

Xtarvrse

Founder & Product Lead · Jul 2025–now

Evolving

What it is

Autonomous AI employees, each with a name, a role and a specialisation. The first one, Zavi, was an AI product manager that wrote PRDs, user stories, specs and executive briefs in under 90 seconds.

What I did

  1. Product memory so Zavi remembered past decisions.
  2. Sign-in, quotas and abuse protection before opening access.
  3. A production stack that cost $0 a month to run.
  4. An MCP server so other AI tools could use Zavi's context.

What's next

hosting a team of AI employees that companies connect to their own tools over MCP.

Leadership

  • Fractional CMO, Eden AI (Aug 2025–Jan 2026)

First marketing hire; led the marketing team and its foundations.

  • Fractional CMO, CareerGPT

Owned all of marketing for a pre-launch startup.

  • axiTrust (2026–now)

Lead interns and guest contributors on 30-60-90 plans, manage the external content agency from brief to acceptance, and run the function on a clear intake and priority system.

  • Akamai (2024–2026)

Ran launch governance across Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Support and regional marketing, so releases shipped against agreed exit conditions rather than a date.

  • Agentia

Run a community for the humans behind AI agents.

What building companies taught me

  • When the idea outgrows the prototype, rewrite the plan. Make the old work earn its place.

    LinkedIn post
  • Never let AI mark its own homework.

  • The more quotable the number, the sooner I open its source.
