Product, from the first conversation to launch day

Clear specs. Pricing that explains itself. Products that ship.

Done at Akamai · Quayutec · Xtarvrse

At Akamai I turned field data, developer requirements and win/loss analysis into prioritised feature requirements with Product and Engineering. At axiTrust I replaced a sales-led pricing conversation with a self-serve engine that shows each prospect their own savings first. And I built Quayutec, my own company, end to end with a team of AI agents, from the first plan to launch.

What I do for you

  1. Discovery & problem framing

Customer conversations, the job your product does for them, and one clear problem statement before anyone writes code.

  2. PRDs & specs

PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria that an engineering team, or an AI agent, can build from.

  3. Roadmaps & prioritisation

Now, next and later, tied to real goals, with what you are not building written down too.

  4. Pricing & packaging

Plans, usage limits and self-serve pricing that lets a buyer see their own numbers before a sales call.

  5. AI product builds

Prototypes and live products built with AI agents, from the first plan to launch day.

  6. Fractional CPO

A few days a month for founders without a product lead: strategy, roadmap and a rhythm that ships.
